This bundle includes three boxes of our NEW Cacaomante Colombia Trio, each featuring three small-batch 80% dark chocolate bars made with single-origin cacao from the Magdalena Medio region of Colombia.
Cacaomante cacao is grown on a remote family-owned farm along the Middle Magdalena River and is carefully fermented in oak boxes and naturally sun-dried. The cacao is a Trinitario variety with strong Criollo influence, prized for its complex flavour and exceptional sensory quality.
At 80% cacao, this chocolate is rich and deeply chocolatey without being harsh. Expect a smooth, balanced flavour with notes of toasted nuts, brown fruit, and light florals, with remarkably low astringency for a dark chocolate.
As always, it’s crafted with just three ingredients: cacao beans, cacao butter, and local honey. Using honey instead of refined sugar adds a gentle sweetness that lets the natural character of this exceptional Colombian cacao take centre stage.
