We keep it simple.
Just cacao beans, cacao butter, and local honey. That’s it.
Most chocolate adds a long list of extras. We don’t. Using honey instead of sugar gives it a smoother, less bitter taste, so you can actually enjoy dark chocolate without second guessing it.
